Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 150 g apricot(s), dried
- 125 g hazelnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a boiling water bath until stiff peaks form. Dice the apricots and roughly chop the nuts. Stir everything into the mixture. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 1 hour until golden brown.
