Zucchini patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ kg zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp Flour, smooth
  • Salt
  • dill
  • Parsley
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grandma’s recipe

Wash the zucchini and then grate it, including the skin, one half coarsely and the other finely. Season with salt and let stand for a quarter of an hour. Then drain the water and squeeze the zucchini dry. Add the eggs and flour, and season with dill or parsley, or both, to taste. Form into patties and fry in oil for two to three minutes on each side! Serve with a green salad!
