Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large jacket potatoes
  • 3 tbsp, heaped capers, pickled, not in oil
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sour cream
  • 50 ml water
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

This recipe is perfect for using up leftover potatoes.

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into slightly larger pieces. Add water, sour cream, and pepper to a pan. Add the capers and boiled potatoes and heat gently with the lid on. It’s delicious as a main course. It also goes well as a side dish with various types of patties, carrots, or meat.
