Potato and celery with wild garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 150 g Celery, approx. 3-4 sticks
  • 3 tbsp, heaped wild garlic paste or wild garlic bud paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Wash the celery, remove the strings, and also cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan or pot with a lid and let the potato cubes brown. Add the celery and stir once. Pour over the wild garlic paste, reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer. After about 5 minutes, check that everything is cooked, stir well, and season with white pepper and salt if desired.
