- 400 g pasta
- salt water
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 125 ml water
- salt and pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Deseed, wash, and dice the bell peppers. Briefly fry the bell peppers in hot oil and add the cooked pasta. Mix the tomato paste, water, and spices and add to the pasta and bell pepper pan. Season to taste.
