Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 figs, fresh, ripe
- 1 banana(s)
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 150 ml orange juice
- e.g. agave syrup or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the figs, remove the stems, and quarter the fruit. Puree in a blender with banana pieces, yogurt, and orange juice. Sweeten with agave syrup or honey, if desired.
