Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large sweet potato(s)
  • 100 g cheese
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 50 g corn
  • 1 egg(s)
  • oil
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the sweet potato into thin slices. Peel first, if desired. Add the oil to an ovenproof frying pan or casserole dish and arrange the slices in a fan-shaped pattern. Spread some of the cheese on top. Spread the tomato sauce on top and scatter the sliced ​​bell pepper and corn on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Make a well in the center with a spoon, break the egg into it, and sprinkle the pizza seasoning on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Your imagination is the limit; all the usual toppings, such as mushrooms, tuna, and salmon, also taste great on pizza.
