Fried egg in toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast, of your choice
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt or spices of your choice
  • 2 tomatoes
  • e.g. mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious breakfast

Remove the soft insides of the slices of toast, leaving the edges (don’t cut through! There should be a kind of frame). Then place the bread edges in the pan and toast them slightly. Now add a beaten egg to each edge. Season with salt or other spices. After a few minutes, when the egg has set, carefully turn it over. After another 2-3 minutes, place the eggs on plates and spread with mayonnaise. Slice the tomatoes, arrange them on top, and serve.
