Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch mint, fresh
- 75 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- some water

Carrot vegetables with an oriental touch
Peel the carrots and dice them. Cook them in a steamer or in a little water. Trim and dice the spring onions. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Sauté the carrots and spring onions. Wash the mint and pat dry. Finely grate the feta cheese. Add the mint and feta cheese to the carrots. Let it simmer until the feta cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper.
