Zucchini-onion vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g zucchini, small
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 20 g butter, or Alsan
  • some lemon juice
  • some caraway seeds, ground
  • Tomato paste
  • chervil
  • herbal salt
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with spicy patties

Wash and slice the zucchini. Cut the onion into thin wedges. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in butter. Add the zucchini slices and onion wedges, and season. Cook the vegetables for a few minutes, depending on their size and the desired firmness. If the onion wedges are wide, add them to the pan first (2-3 minutes). Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve. Serve with spicy patties and mashed potatoes, as the vegetables are mild.
