Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 pear(s), ripe
- 2 bananas, ripe
- some lemon juice, freshly squeezed, to taste
- 200 ml grape juice, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with pear
Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and halve or quarter any large berries. Peel the bananas and slice them into chunks. Peel the pear, quarter it, and remove the core. Cut it into chunks as well. Place the prepared fruit in a blender and puree until smooth (you can also use an immersion blender). Pour the smoothie into four glasses, insert straws, and enjoy. TIP: Using frozen strawberries will make the smoothie a bit thicker. If necessary, simply add a splash of grape juice.
