Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 cup milk
- some butter
- some sugar, for sprinkling

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the semolina and toast until golden brown, stirring constantly. Crack the egg into a cup and beat with a fork. Add 1 cup of milk and pour the egg-milk mixture over the semolina, stirring in. Pour the second cup of milk over the mixture. Toast, stirring frequently, until crumbly and lightly browned, then stir in the butter. Sprinkle with sugar to serve. Best served with sour cherry compote, plum compote, or apple compote.
