Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 onion(s), red, cut into fine rings
- 1 ½ tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp mint, dried
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crumble the cheese into a bowl. Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber, then add it to the bowl along with the onion rings and dill. Grind the mint into a powder using a mortar and pestle. Mix with the oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the salad, tossing everything together.
