Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 1 bunch of chives
- Olive oil, cold squeezed
- Vinegar
- salt and pepper

My Turkish colleague always made it for us, hence the name
Dice the peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, and feta cheese, slice the onions into thin rings, and roughly chop the parsley and chives. Season everything with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. It’s perfect for a barbecue or as a snack with bread.
