Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g currants
  • 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp, heaped honey, creamy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pick the currants from the stalks and wash them. For the cream, combine the yogurt, crème fraîche, lemon juice, and honey and season to taste. Mix the currants with the cream. Pour into attractive glasses and enjoy immediately.
