Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • salt water
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • some flour
  • some butter, soft
  • some milk
  • 1 tbsp peas (frozen)
  • pepper
  • curry
  • herbs, Italian
  • some tomato paste
  • e.g. cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the potatoes and pre-boil them in salted water. Then fry them in a pan until lightly golden brown. Meanwhile, make a roux with the butter and flour and add a can of mushrooms and the peas. Once the sauce has thickened, add the mushroom mixture to the potatoes, some cream cheese and tomato paste, and mix well. Season generously with pepper, a little curry powder, and Italian herbs.
