Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 80 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 250 g jacket potatoes, small
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, trim, and slice. Trim the spring onions and slice diagonally. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes, wash and chop the chives. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until crispy and brown. Add the spring onions and fry for about 4 minutes. Peel the garlic, finely chop, and add. Briefly fry the cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and chives, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and serve.
