Fried cucumbers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 2 pinch(s) cumin
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

when there are too many cucumbers, tasty and light

Grate the cucumbers, potatoes, and carrots (into small strips) and place them in a colander to drain. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil, briefly fry the onion and garlic, and add the cucumber, potato, and carrot mixture to the pan. Add the spices, stir occasionally, and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add the herbs, butter, and cream cheese. When the mixture starts to brown slightly and change color, it’s ready. Total cooking time: about 15 minutes. Serve with a fried egg.
