for everyone who loves cherries and cream!

Important! The pudding must be cooked the day before or very early in the morning to ensure it is firm enough. Mix 5 tablespoons of milk with 20g of sugar and the pudding powder, bring the remaining milk to a boil, then stir the mixed mixture into the milk and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and beat in the egg yolk. Pour the pudding into a bowl, cover tightly with cling film and refrigerate. The next day, mix the pudding with a mixer or whisk until smooth and stir in the almonds, chocolate chips and rum flavoring one after the other. Drain the cherries well. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Layer the pudding, alternating between cream and cherries, in a glass bowl or dessert glasses. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, almonds and whipped cream if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
