Quick mango dessert with yogurt and quark

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s), ripe
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the mango, remove the stone, and puree with a little lemon juice. Season to taste with lemon juice. If using ripe mangoes, adding sugar is not necessary. Mix the quark, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar well. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Layer the quark mixture and mango puree in 4 glasses. There should be 4 layers, so first divide half of the quark mixture between the glasses, then half of the mango puree, then the remaining quark mixture, and finish with the fruit puree. Cover with cling film and let it sit in the refrigerator before serving, preferably overnight.
