Peach Porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s), unsweetened (drained weight 250 g)
  • 5 g flaxseed
  • 95 g muesli (crunchy, e.g. spelled crunchy)
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the flaxseed, crunchy peaches, water, and fruit juice to a boil. Continue cooking for about 8 minutes, until a very soft porridge forms. Cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces and add to the porridge. Bring the mixture to a boil so the peaches warm up as well. Enjoy immediately after cooking. Tip: This porridge also tastes great with other fruits, such as tangerines.
