Banana crumb muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 190 g wheat flour
  • 150 g sugar, preferably brown
  • 75 ml oil, tasteless
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of baking soda (10 g)
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 g cinnamon
  • 75 g sugar, preferably brown
  • 15 g flour
  • 15 g butter or margarine
  • 3 g cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with cinnamon crunch

Mash the bananas slightly. Mix all the batter ingredients (except the last 5 ingredients) thoroughly with a mixer until only a few pieces of banana remain. The egg can be omitted if the bananas are very ripe. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread them over the batter. Note: This will not be a crumbly mixture, but rather a slightly crumbly mixture that will later form a crispy layer. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
