Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tbsp protein powder to taste
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick, easy, without flour and with few ingredients

Preheat the oven to 150°C fan/convection oven. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the baking powder until stiff, then mix the egg yolks with the quark and protein powder until smooth. Mix the quark and egg yolk mixture with the egg white mixture. Drop the batter with a tablespoon onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (two to three tablespoons per roll). This will make about 6-8 rolls. Place the baking sheet with the rolls in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. The rolls will usually be quite flat. Depending on the protein powder added, they can be served sweet or savory.
