Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (corkscrew pasta)
- salt water
- 1.2 kg beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of sage
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Blanch the tomatoes, rinse, skin, deseed, and dice. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the sage leaves, pat dry, and slice into strips. Sauté the onion and sage leaves in oil in a pan, then add the diced tomatoes. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring. Season with honey, salt, and Tabasco. Drain the pasta and mix in.
