Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 3 bell pepper(s), red
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 4 kiwis
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 150 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • possibly mango chutney

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

an exotic way to enjoy your noodles!

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and kiwis. Sauté the onion. Deglaze with the water, add the remaining vegetables and the kiwi cubes, and season. After five minutes, stir in the pasta. Simmer for another five minutes and season again.
