Noodle and pepper soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 onions
  • 3 bell pepper(s), red
  • 3 bell peppers, green
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 140 g noodles (soup noodles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Trim, deseed, wash, and dice the bell peppers. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the soup noodles, and cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Season to taste. Serve with bread rolls.
