Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s) of your choice
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • n. B. water
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste (tube)
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some olive oil
  • n. B. Herbs, fresh, from the garden

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

easy and fast

Peel and finely dice the onion, then sauté it in a pan with a little hot olive oil. Then peel and finely chop the carrot, and add it to the pan. Clean and finely chop the bell pepper, and add it to the pan. Then add hot water as needed and season to taste. Cook until tender (I personally like the vegetables to be quite firm—it cooks faster, too) and serve.
