Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 m.-large shallot(s)
- 400 ml cream
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp oil
- some Parmesan
- some chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and finely chop the shallots and onions. Heat a pan and add the oil. Once the pan is hot enough, add the finely chopped onions and shallots and sauté until fragrant. Next, season the sauce with chili flakes and add the vegetable stock. After the sauce has simmered slightly on low heat, add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy the sauce with pasta.
