Quick pasta sauce with celery and blue cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 stalk(s) Celery
  • 150 g blue cheese (Cambozola, if you prefer mild cheese, or Gorgonzola)
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the celery into small pieces and cook in a little boiling water (just enough to cover the bottom of the pot) without salt for 5 minutes. Cut the rind off the Cambozola (or Gorgonzola, if you prefer something heartier) and add the cheese pieces to the celery until the cheese has melted. Delicious with farfalle pasta.
