Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of gnocchi
- 150g Gorgonzola
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions. Heat the cream with 1/2 cup water in a pan along with the chopped Gorgonzola until the Gorgonzola has melted. Stir in the tomato paste until it turns a nice pink. Season. Drain the almost-cooked gnocchi and finish cooking in the sauce. Now all you need to do is serve and enjoy!
