Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of red chili flakes
- 4 wild garlic leaves
- 4 leaves of ground elder
- 6 leaves dandelion, young
- 6 leaves of young nettles
- 2 sprig(s) Ground ivy, young
- 4 sprig(s) chickweed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
everything the garden has to offer
Sort and clean all the herbs, then finely chop them. Mix the softened butter with salt, pepper, and the herbs. Form a “sausage” on a sheet of plastic wrap, wrap it in the film, and refrigerate. Serve sliced. Tip: I added some chili flakes for color.
