Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- some butter or olive oil
- 1 small tomato(s) (vine tomato)
- 2 slice(s) cooked ham, large
- e.g. Gorgonzola
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Spread the toast with butter or drizzle with olive oil and top with the cooked ham. Slice the tomato, place it on the ham, and season lightly with salt and pepper, depending on the type of Gorgonzola. Cut the Gorgonzola into chunks and place it on the toast. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
