Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 500 ml milk, vegetable or meat broth
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Lightly fry the flour without fat for 2 minutes. Add the onion and fry for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes. Pour the cold liquid into the pan and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Season the sauce to taste. Then use as directed.
