Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 1 package of garden herbs, frozen, mixed
  • 500 g sour cream, half can be replaced with yogurt
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the lemon juice, mustard, sunflower oil, salt, and pepper to make a sauce. Stir in the sour cream and herbs, then fold in the chopped eggs.
