Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
- 1 package of garden herbs, frozen, mixed
- 500 g sour cream, half can be replaced with yogurt
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the lemon juice, mustard, sunflower oil, salt, and pepper to make a sauce. Stir in the sour cream and herbs, then fold in the chopped eggs.
