  • 250 g cream cheese (40% fat)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • ½ tsp herb vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dill
  • n. B. Pepper, black from the mill

Peel the cucumber, slice it into small sticks, and mix it with the cream cheese, herb vinegar, salt, and dill. Season to taste—it can be heavily spiced. Add black pepper if desired. Garnish with cucumber slices and refrigerate until ready to serve.
