- ¼ cucumber(s)
- ½ tsp herb vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp dill
- n. B. Pepper, black from the mill

garlic-free alternative to tzatziki – for grilling, with boiled potatoes or with white bread
Peel the cucumber, slice it into small sticks, and mix it with the cream cheese, herb vinegar, salt, and dill. Season to taste—it can be heavily spiced. Add black pepper if desired. Garnish with cucumber slices and refrigerate until ready to serve.
