Tomato, basil and cucumber spreads

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 feta cheese or shepherd’s cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 100 g cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, prepare two bowls. Divide the cream cheese, feta cheese, and roughly diced onion between the two bowls. Add a little salt and pepper to both bowls. Roughly chop the tomatoes and cucumber. Cherry tomatoes are ideal for the tomato spread. Add the basil and chopped tomatoes to one bowl and the cucumber pieces to the other. Blend with an immersion blender until the spread reaches the desired consistency. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for about a week. If you have too much, it can also be frozen.
