Pizza base dough made from cauliflower (flour-free)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • n. B. water
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 180 ml mozzarella or goat cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

gluten-free, grain-free, low-carb, without Schär products, without baking mix

Shred the cauliflower in a blender to the size of couscous – it should be slightly less than 1 liter. Briefly boil the shredded cauliflower in water, strain it into a cotton cloth, and squeeze out the water. Mix with the remaining ingredients and spread the mixture 1 cm thick on a baking sheet. Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes until golden brown. Then, top the pizza base as desired and continue baking.
