- 2 slice(s) whole wheat toast (sandwich toast)
- 2 tsp cream cheese with garlic
- 1 leaf of iceberg lettuce
- ½ slice(s) cooked ham
- 4 slices of beetroot
- 4 slice(s) onion(s)
- 4 slices of mozzarella

- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 4 basil leaves
Instructions

with cooked ham, onion rings and basil
Lightly toast the two slices of bread. Spread both slices with cream cheese. Place the lettuce leaf on one slice of bread. Place the ham over the lettuce. First, arrange the beetroot slices on the ham, then the onion rings and the mozzarella slices. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, place the basil leaves on top, cover with the second slice of bread, and cut in half. Arrange the sandwich on a platter, garnish, and serve. 355 kcal per serving.
