Ingredients for 4 servings:
- some oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cans of pizza tomatoes
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 300 ml water
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- Lasagna sheet(s)
- 1 pack of grated cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Dice the onions, add them, and fry. Add the tomato paste, pizza tomatoes, water, and vegetable stock to the minced meat, mix everything together, and season with the spices. Layer the sauce and lasagna sheets in a large casserole dish. Start with the sauce and finish with the sauce. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes to allow the cheese to turn golden brown.
