Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g coconut oil, e.g. Ceres
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • some vanilla powder
  • e.g. nuts, chopped, raisins, biscuits or similar

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir the mixture for about 20 minutes. The longer you stir, the finer the chocolate will be. If desired, you can stir in chopped nuts, cookie crumbs, raisins, or similar ingredients. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or rectangular baking sheets and let it cool completely.
