Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 50 g sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into thin strips. Prepare a sauce with the remaining ingredients. Mix the salad with the sauce and serve. Instead of the sauce, you can also use salad dressing with cream. Recipe in my profile.
