Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar green beans
  • 1 jar beans, yellow wax beans
  • 1 small can/n beans, red
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

3 types of beans

Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them. Peel the garlic and press it into the lemon juice. Stir in the spices, oil, onions, and parsley. Rinse and drain the red beans, as well as the other beans. Then toss all the beans into the dressing and let it stand for at least 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
