Pasta with a delicious 5-cheese sauce
Dice the Gorgonzola. Finely grate the remaining cheese. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Then add the Gorgonzola and let it melt, stirring constantly. Then add the cream, milk, and the remaining cheese and heat, stirring constantly, until all the cheese has melted and the sauce is hot. Be careful, the sauce burns easily! Just before serving, add the herbs and garlic, if desired, and cook briefly, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
