Gorgonzola pasta with arugula and pine nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. B. Macaroni
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • some salt and pepper
  • some cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the cream in a small saucepan, then slowly stir in the Gorgonzola. Grate the Parmesan cheese and add half to the cream sauce. Season the Gorgonzola sauce with salt and pepper. Toast the pine nuts in a small pan. Wash the arugula and shake dry. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Drain the cooked pasta, add the sauce to the pasta, and mix well. Transfer the pasta to deep plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, and pine nuts.
