Spaghetti with four-cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 50 g cheese (Provolone)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the mozzarella and Gorgonzola. Grate the remaining cheese. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté in hot oil. Bring to a boil with the wine, milk, and thyme. Melt the cheese and season. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Pour the sauce over the drained spaghetti, stir, and serve hot.
