Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 2 small chili peppers, red
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp honey
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice concentrate

Finely chop the chili peppers. If you don’t like it too spicy, halve them, remove the seeds and cores with a sharp knife, and briefly rinse the chili peppers under running water. Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it as well. Mix the chili, garlic, tomato paste, and sambal oelek with the butter using a fork or an electric mixer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, honey, and lemon juice concentrate.
