Herb / garlic butter (Pinky style)

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter, Irish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of herbs (8 herb mix)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Let the butter soften at room temperature and add the herb mixture. Peel and press the garlic cloves, and add them as well. Mix everything together and add a pinch of salt. The herb/garlic butter tastes best when refrigerated overnight before serving.
