Dready's ham sandwich with egg cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • ½ slice(s) ham, cooked
  • some butter
  • 1 leaf of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 2 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Toast the slices of toast and spread with butter while still warm. Arrange lettuce and ham on top. Finely dice the eggs, mix well with the remoulade, cream cheese, and mustard, and season to taste. Spread the mixture on the toast, arrange cucumber slices on top, place another slice of toast on top, and slice the sandwich diagonally. If you like, you can also add a few strips of bell pepper to the sandwich.
