Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- some butter
- 1 tsp dill, fresh or frozen
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cucumber with a twist
Wash the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise, and remove the seeds using a tablespoon. Cut the cucumber into approximately 1.5 cm thick pieces and sauté them in the hot butter. Cover the pot and let the vegetables simmer over low heat until the desired tenderness is reached. Season with salt and dill and serve hot.
